- Bill Stash Gets Deleted after restart to avoid multiple unused stashes
- NPC Selling (Both command and radialmenu both of which can be toggled from config)
- Need to be near truck or coffee cart to sell to NPC
- Distance check from truck/coffee cart if selling to NPC (will stop automatically if player goes too far from truck/coffee cart)
